special focus on joint mobility to help improve

arthritic joints. A portion of the class will also
emphasize balance exercises for overall stability
to help promote maintenance of strength and

PiYo® Strength combines the muscle-sculpting,
core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength
and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll
use your body weight to perform a series of
continuous, targeted moves to define every single

Power Hour Pump Party

Challenge your mind and body in this high
intensity, no-impact strength training circuit
class using a variety of equipment such as sliding
discs, bands, kettlebells, stability balls, Bosus
and weights, and yoga straps for stretching.
Spin bikes will be incorporated periodically into
the circuit, with all classes finishing with a good
relaxation/restorative cool down stretch.

This circuit training class offers the best of cardio
and strength training. Burn calories, strengthen
