Illinois. Join us as we discover and identify what
flowers are still in bloom on the Peck Prairie.
Each participant will take home a folding Pocket
Naturalist Guide to Illinois Trees & Wildflowers.

Star Gazing Parties
At Peck Farm Park
Join the Fox Valley Astronomical Society for a
short discussion in the Orientation Barn, then
head outside to discover the stars, sky, and
planets! Please note: in the event of inclement weather
or heavy cloud cover, the star gazing will be cancelled, but
lecture will be held. All viewing is outdoors, so please dress
appropriately. (TB/KB) FREE!

Pumpkins will be for sale for $5 each, while supplies last.
Head out to Peck Farm Park for the Geneva Park District Foundation’s
Annual Autumn Fair Event. In addition to the fun-filled autumn activities, you can also explore
the silo, play in Hawks Hollow Nature Playground, visit hundreds of live butterflies at the
Butterfly House and test your luck at winning a variety of great prizes in the Basket Raffle.
Basket Raffle Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. Basket Raffle Tickets are available at
Sunset Community Center, Stephen D. Persinger Recreation Center and
Peck Farm Park Interpretive Center.
Event admission is free, however there are minimal fees for some activities, food and beverages.
