SOLAR ENERGY
During energy production and consumption, fossil fuels pollute the environment due to the
toxic gases they release into the atmosphere and cause climate changes due to the geenhouse
gases they create and threaten the world globally.Renewable energy can be defined as "the
source of energy that
exists in nature's own
evolution in the next short
process."
The
main
renewable energy sources
are solar energy and its
derivatives such as wind
energy,
geothermal
energy, water energy,
biomass energy, hydrogen
energy. Among these,
solar and wind energy are
widely used renewable
energy sources in our
country and in the world.
Solar
energy
is
a
renewable energy source
with features such as not
being polluting the environment and creating harmful waste as well as being easy to install
and use.The intensity of solar energy outside the Earth's atmosphere is approximately 1370 W
/ m², but the amount reaching the earth varies from 0-1100 W / m2 due to the atmosphere.
Even a small portion of this energy that comes to the world is many times greater than the
current energy consumption of humanity.Studies on the use of solar energy have gained
momentum especially after the 1970s, the sun hidrojen Solar Energy sayesinde emerges as the
hydrogens in the sun merge into helium and the energy for mass loss occurs during this
transformation. Compared to other energy sources, solar panels are both easy to use and cost-
effective, which converts heat and light from the sun into usable electrical energy. Your home
and workplace makes all the devices you use work.In addition to the positive effects of
technological developments in all areas of society in the world, environmental pollution and
consumption of resources have brought along problems. In parallel with these technological
developments, the increasing energy demand and the rapid depletion of energy resources in
the world, the high carbon dioxide rate resulting from the use of fossil fuels and the resulting
climatic changes have led societies to revise their production and consumption patterns in
every sector. The energy crisis, which has been experienced for many years, has increased the
importance of the design approach aimed at minimizing energy consumption and the use of
renewable energy sources and it has become inevitable to benefit from the renewable energy
source, Solar energy.Potential Atlas Turkey Solar Energy (GEPA), according to the annual
sunshine duration of 2,741 hours (daily average of 7.5 hours), the annual total incoming solar
energy 1,527 kWh / m².yıl (daily average of 4.18 kWh / m².g's) It was determined that.
Particularly in Turkey, the share of the housing sector in energy consumption is high and a
large part of this energy is met by depleted fossil fuels. For this reason, it is important for the
houses to use energy efficiently and thus reduce consumption. Houses should be
environmentally sensitive, allowing self-control of the physical environment necessary to
improve energy efficiency. The use of solar energy is an integral and indispensable part of the
ecosystem in terms of sustainability and renewability, and appears to be a profitable resource
today and in the future.
