“CATCH THE FUTURE ”ACTIVITY PLAN (Written events should not be events with classmates, but events outside the school.) After completing the entire class, the papers are collected and folded into a bag. Some of the selected papers are shared in the classroomThe cause-effect relationship between the event and the emotions that emerge is presented as a class discussion. The following case study is shared with students. Example: Pelin, a middle school student, is invited to her classmate Ece's party at the weekend. Ece is excitedly waiting for the weekend to come and sharing her excitement with her classmates about the party. But since Pelin wants to spend time with her family at the weekend, she doesn't want to join Ece's party. Since all of her classmates were attending the party, Pelin decided to go to the party unwillingly. Because he thinks that if he doesn't join the party, Ece will have negative thoughts for him. Student's Reflective Activities 1- Because he thinks that the family will not love him, 2- Because he thinks that the will of the majority is more important than his will, 3- Because the family thinks that they will feel worthless, 4- Because he thinks he will be excluded by his classmates, 5- Because he thinks he will lose his friends if he does not go, He decides to go to the party. When Pelin says no to the party invitation, it is discussed in the classroom to see if the above 5 ideas are realistic. Evaluation To say no means to have principled and principled. We can't do what everybody wants. In some cases, we should be able to say no to any requests or invitations to us. If these demands or invitations exceed our limits, make us feel bad, if it will cause harm to us, and cause harm to other people, we may have to say no, saying that the course is completed after the general evaluation of the course.
