struggle to find motivation through the day to be active and
connect with others. To help local veterans, AZ Family Fit teamed
up with the MOVE! Weight Management Program for the first
time to provide veterans with the opportunity to get active with
Planet Fitness® memberships.
According to the MOVE! Weight Management Program,
more than three quarters of returning veterans being treated
through the VA Hospital Healthcare Program are overweight, but
since its formation in 2006, the program has been helping veterans
find healthy ways to lose weight.

David purchased 25 Planet Fitness memberships to donate to the
MOVE! Weight Management Program. The Prescott club was so
moved by David’s action that they agreed to go above and beyond
by not only matching David’s donation but surpassing it.
Together David and PF® donated a total of 60 prepaid
memberships valued at $10,000 to the MOVE! Weight
Management Program. The memberships were provided to eligible
members and will help keep the program incentivized for two
years.
