How did you get into the PF system
and what drew you to the brand? I
was working on a commercial real estate
redevelopment project in Austin. The
first tenant we put in was Planet Fitness.
Something about the business struck
my interest. I asked the franchisee, Greg
Attwood, if he would share the financial
model with me. He did and, as you could
imagine, I liked it. Shortly thereafter, I
called PF corporate to see what territory
was available in Texas. I picked up some
midmarket cities in West Texas and I was
off on my PF journey.
