How ? or Why ?” Using one of these words to phrase your question will get you a more personalized answer than a “ yes ” or “ no .” Let ’ s take this and apply it to step two of building likeability and learning about your members ’ goals .
Before we ask questions about a member ’ s tanning goals , take a second to build likeability . This could simply be , “ How was your workout ?”, “ Great to see you ! How ’ s your day been ?” Or even a compliment : “ I like your sneakers . Where did you find those ?” This will help the interaction be more personable and genuine .
Once you have built likeability with the member , identify their tanning goals like their fitness goals . These questions are focused on results : “ How much color are you wanting to gain ?”, “ When was the last time you tanned ?” These result-focused questions will help identify which products would be best for helping your member maximize their results .
