How do I pay my fees?
A Statement of fees payable is issued via email( or print if requested) at the commencement of each term / month – with fees listed for the full Term or month.
Fees are paid through iDebitpro, our direct debit provider or through the iParentPortal, or can be arranged through Centerlink.
You can also view your fee statement through the iParent Portal available free to all families on their Smart Phone, tablet or Computer, or can be printed by staff.
Details on both these processes are provided on a separate information sheet in this pack.
We do not accept cash or cheque payments.
Receipts are be returned to your message pouch, or via email.
What fee do I pay?
A list of current‘ full fee’ rates accompanies this Handbook.
Start Strong Initiative:
NSW State Government provide funding support for children in the eligible age groups so that they can access Quality Early Childhood programs for up to 600 hours per year( 2 days per week) in the year prior to school. In effect:
• if your child is 4 years old or 3 1 / 2 years old prior to 31st July your fee will have a subsidy rate applied.
• if you are a low income family with a current Health Care Card then you will have an additional fee subsidy applied to your fee.
• if you are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander you are also eligible for additional fee support.
• If your child is 3 1 / 2 years old after 31st July, then you will have no subsidy rate applied and your fee will be the full fee.
Registered Care Benefit.
Please note that Griffith Central Preschool is not able to apply CCB that you can claim in an approved Long Day Care Centre. This is a different Benefit Scheme & the claim forms used by Centrelink are different.
To claim this Benefit, you need to supply Centrelink with a Preschool Fee Receipt for each Term. The receipt must show that all weeks in the Term are fully paid, and it must display our Preschool’ s Registered Care Provider Number. Applications to Centrelink can be made at the end of each school term, or annually before the end of January in the following year.
Key Points
• Children should be signed into and out of our care each day they attend.
• Let the Service know if your child is not attending or someone else is going to collect them.
• Fees can be paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly,
• Fees can only be paid via iParent portal, iDebitPro or direct debit.
• Fee Support is available for eligible families, and a small‘ Registered Care Provider’ subsidy can be claimed from Centrelink.
• You can query fee payments through our online iParent App. or contact the office.
• Child Care Benefit( CCB) is only available for families using the Long Day Care Service.
