San Diego has a strong community with a lot of opportunity . This strong sense of community can partly be attributed to impactful organizations like LEAD San Diego who support local growth and progress . LEAD San Diego is the nonpartisan , leadership development arm of the San Diego Regional Chamber . Their mission is to “ create a network of leaders equipped with the skills , insight , and passion needed to work collaboratively across industries and issues to positively transform their communities and country .” To accomplish this goal , they offer a diverse suite of programs designed to mobilize leaders by enhancing knowledge of key regional issues , strengthening
