(Penner) Titus passed away peacefully on Wednesday (Dec. 23, 2015) at the age of 86 in Wichita. Funeral Services 10:30 A.M., Wednesday at First Presbyterian Church in Newton. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday 1 pm til 8 pm where the family will receive friends between 6 pm and 8 pm. A memorial has been established with the First Presbyterian Church and the Newton Senior Center, contributions may be sent to Broadway Colonial Funeral Home, 120 E. Broadway, Newton, KS. Clarice was born on June 5, 1929 in Newton, KS, the daughter of H. J. and Eleanor Richards Penner. She married E. Ralph Titus on January 15, 1950 in Newton.
