They do so by offering the Arlene Eichorn Scholarship annually, supporting the Ellen Greisher Memorial Fund and granting other requests from the health center. Harry Stephens pro vided the financial report. The group maintains two funds with the Emporia Community Foundation, an endowed fund and a selection this year went to Morgan Murphey. She wrote us a note thanking us for the scholarship.” Anyone wishing to become a member of the Friends of the Flint Hills Community Health Center can attend and become a member at a monthly meeting. A two-year membership is $10 and a lifetime membership is $50.
