Another event that surprised attendees
was held on Friday, Exquisite Cruise &
Lunch Cancun, an exclusive catamaran
ride that gave attendees a unique
experience in which they tasted the
best champagne while awaiting their
arrival at the spectacular Isla Mujeres.
Gourmet Awards, one of the most
important gastronomic platforms in
our country, presented the wonderful
gastronomic journey called Mexico Star
Chefs - Gourmet Taco Competition,
in which 16 of the most outstanding
Mexican Star Chefs prepared to give a
twist to one of the most representative
dishes of Mexico: the taco.
This year, the long-awaited tribute
dinner was held on Saturday, March 18
at the Secrets The Vine Hotel and was
dedicated to the New York gastronomic
scene. On Sunday, chefs, guests and
sponsors enjoyed a morning full of
excitement as they attempted to make
a hole in one at the Star Chefs Golf
Tournament. In the afternoon, the Rock
& Roast: Texas meets Mexico came to
life, an event hosted by Visit Houston
with Hard Rock Hotel Cancun as its
venue.
Otro de los eventos que sorprendió a los
asistentes fue el del viernes, Exquisite
Cruise & Lunch Cancún, un exclusivo
paseo en catamarán que brindó a los
asistentes una experiencia única en la
que degustaron del mejor champagne,
mientras aguardaban su llegada a la
espectacular Isla Mujeres. Gourmet
Awards, una de las plataformas
gastronómicas más importantes en
nuestro país, presentó el maravilloso
recorrido gastronómico Mexico Star
Chefs – Gourmet Taco Competition, en
el que 16 de los más sobresalientes Star
Chefs mexicanos se prepararon para
dar un giro a uno de los platillos más
representativos de México: el taco.
Este año, la tan esperada cena tributo
se realizó el sábado 18 de marzo en el
hotel Secrets The Vine, estuvo dedicada
a la escena gastronómica de Nueva
York. El domingo, chefs, invitados y
patrocinadores disfrutaron de una
mañana llena de emociones al intentar
hacer hole in one en el Star Chefs Golf
Tournament. Por la tarde, el Rock &
Roast: Texas meets México cobró vida,
un evento presentado por Visit Houston
con Hard Rock Hotel Cancún como sede.
In this sixth edition of the Wine & Food
Festival Cancun-Riviera Maya 2017,
an attendance of 1309 people was
achieved, and in total for the 8 events
around 32,000 portions of the highest
quality were served and 906 bottles
were uncorked, serving guests wine,
champagne and digestives. En esta sexta edición de Wine & Food
Festival Cancún-Riviera Maya 2017, se
logró una asistencia de 1309 personas,
y en total por los 8 eventos se sirvieron
alrededor de 32,000 porciones de la
más alta calidad, así mismo se realizó el
descorche de 906 botellas entre las que
se sirvió vino, champagne y digestivos.
