Flat Iron, New York
This building, which has been called ‘one of the world’s most
iconic skyscrapers’, was perfect to illustrate a Day to Night™.
I love the compositional divide the building creates, mirroring itself
between Fifth Avenue and Broadway. The photograph was created
on the anniversary of 9/11, hence the Tribute of Light is visible
on the night side. I was boomed out on a 52m Condor floating
directly over Fifth Avenue for 16 hours.
Bangunan yang disebut sebagai “salah satu pencakar langit paling
ikonis di dunia” ini sangat sempurna untuk menggambarkan
peralihan Day to Night™. Saya suka pembagian komposisi yang
diciptakan oleh gedung di antara 5 th Avenue dan Broadway. Foto ini
dibuat pada peringatan 9/11, sehingga cahaya Tribute of Light terlihat
pada sisi malam. Saya memotret selama 16 jam dari Condor yang
melayang di ketinggian 52 m di atas 5 th Avenue.
