This worker dries raw Indonesian
snack jengkol and fish chips outdoors in
Cirebon, West Java. After a few hours they
will be fried, packaged and sold in stores.
Usually a home industry, these chips are
bought by tourists as a snack or gift
during their trip to Cirebon.
