Getting the Proper Fit

THE ANATOMY OF A GREAT SUIT:
THE JACKET

There should be no overhang at the shoulder
seam. At the same time, your shoulder should
not bulge out. There should be no outline of
your shoulder in the sleeve or shoulder area.

The armholes should be smaller and higher
set. The sleeve should be narrow. A smooth
curving line should go from the sleeve head at
the shoulder to the cuff. The sleeve should rest
a half-inch below your wrist bone. A quarter
to half inch of the shirt cuff should be shown at
the wrist.
