Sinister Crew member Tommy Abar stated, “When we play I don’t see it as streaming,” Abar continued, “I see it as having a good time. We provide a great community of people who all have similar interests and want to play some games. We are all having a good time.”
Many Sinister Crew members believe the studio will hit a gold mine of success with how much work has been put into it. Every week emails and contacts are being created and everyone has a job.
“The Sinister Crew provides an outlet for people to grow,” Abar said. “I joined because of the benefits and we have a decent package of entertainment. We do interviews with voice actors and youtubers, we host and advertise streamers, we do our own streaming and create our own content. That is our package of entertainment.”
Generating so much content and jobs is not an easy task. While the Sinister Crew has featured gamers such as TheKeybladeMaster326, Matoro, and a select number of speedrunners, it can create a lot of stress for the members. However, they push through as a team.
The Co-Owner of the Sinister Crew, Kyle Tumulty, stated “The purpose of the sinister crew is to brighten up the gaming community for other people.” Tumulty continued, “For me individually it is simply to bring content that is funny, creative, a little nonsensical here and there to sort of act as alternative for people to get past the normal stresses of the day. Ever have a hard day at school, the Sinister Crew has got your back, stressful exam season, you have the crew. Normal stresses that consume your everyday life, those can be subdued with the crew. Our purpose is to act as an escape from everyday stress and that is what I’m apart of it for.”
The Sinister Crew streams are not about ranks, leaderboards, or world records. It is a place where people can be themselves and have fun.
The Sinister Crew only expands and hopes to achieve a greatness as well as continue advertising and taking in other streamers.
“We need to keep doing interviews, streaming, promoting other content creators and having people join,” said Partridge. “I see potential in us and so do our viewers. If we ended up making a career out of this I would devote more time into this studio. We need something big to happen and other creators have grown from small ideas just like ours.”
