E3 started slow this year, I don't know if it

had to do with all the leaks that

happened but EA's conference was no

exception.

The first game they previewed was

Titanfall 2. In my opinion one of their

better games this year. They showcased

their new multiplayer and also a new offline campaign. These additions showed that this game

has promise. In my opinion, this game has the

potential to be great if it’s constructed well and that

the fluidity that was shown on the trailers stays on

the end product. Release date was shown to be

October 26, 2016. I believe this game is a win for EA.

Thumbs up!

The next game was Madden NFL 17, which I am not a big fan of, the game

does look amazing and they showcased that this game will have eSports Championships, connectivity with EA Play and a very competitive aspect for those gamers who love Football Games.

The next and for me the most anticipated one was Mass Effect

Andromeda. I was very anxious to know more about this game.

The new trailer and commentary from the presenter showed that

the game will have new species, more liberty (maybe more open world?),

new planets in the Andromeda Galaxy, new

protagonist and new ships and vehicles. I may be a

bit biased when it comes to Mass Effect, but this

presentation was surely lacking. No release date, no

new information and even more questions arise for this game. The new trailer was more about how the game was coming along instead of a cinematic or gameplay trailer showing what’s to come. For me, there should have been more of an effort from EA and Bioware to bring maybe a cinematic trailer to showcase the game more efficiently. Not a bust, but not a win in my book!

After Andromeda, they stopped their momentum to talk about EA Play. This was a certain bust! The only upside I saw about this section of the conference was their charity movement from their EA Play.
