Developing a good meditation routine will allow the athlete to visualize the style of game they want to play and primes their mind and body for those moments of excellence.
Visualizing also trains their mind to be more relaxed and confident before those moments happen in the future allowing them to be more comfortable with the situation.
Guided meditation also allows the athlete to become aware of their own behaviour and reactions that may be limiting their success.
Align Your Mind will teach the athlete to program their own unconscious mind and align their actions with their goals.
DEVELOP GREATER CONFIDENCE
Align Your Mind will enhance the way the athlete and the team approaches the game. Eliminating limited beliefs, removing fears and anxieties while coaching the athletes to visually prime their mind and body; preparing the team to be in the“ zone” right from the beginning of the game.

EMOTIONAL STATE CONTROL
Athletes are faced with many emotionally challenging situations as a professional or a junior player. Many emotional situations occur that can prevent an athlete from reaching their goals. Whether it’ s the anxiety of being cut from the team or sitting as a healthy scratch; perhaps it’ s anger with the referees or frustrations with your teammates. Align Your Mind will help the athlete control their emotions and behaviours to remain in a high performance state and be emotionally in control in any situation.
REMOVE UNWANTED BEHAVIOURS / EMOTIONS
Coaching the athlete to success by changing unwanted habits, behaviours and emotional reactions at the unconscious level. By removing these performance barriers it will allow the athlete to remain focused and stay in“ flow” for greater success.
MINDFULNESS AND FOCUS
Align Your Mind teaches athletes how to achieve the“ flow” state and learn to have elite focus when needed throughout the game.
Teaching them how to control their mind to relax and allow their abilities to function without too much conscious interference. Coaching them how to prepare at an elite level and to be physically and mentally ready; everyday.
