McGurks had been competitive in all their games during
the season and in the final always led the way and were
deserved Hurling Champions of 2015.

league was very good.

“It was a great season. I think it was one of the most competitive leagues especially in terms of the top four teams. I
would have liked to see the bottom four sides being more
competitive but any one of those top teams could have
won and McGurks were ecstatic as it’s always nice to win a
championship,” Hertfelder said.
