In the proses of this all happening, electro causes another major blackout, cutting the power to the entire city. Peter heads of to fight him once and for all, but Gwen is not leaving him on his own this time. She follows him to the power station and together they restore power to the City, and overloads Electro’s body, seemingly killing him. As they leave the power plant, the transformed Harry decides to make an appearance equipped with the armour and weaponry, upon seeing Gwen, Harry deduces Spider-Man’s true identity as Peter, and swearing revenge for being refused the blood transfusion, kidnaps her. He fights Spider-Man at the top of a clock tower. Spider-Man subdues Harry, but despite his attempts to save Gwen, she falls to her death. A distraught Peter gives up being Spider-Man and he spends several days throughout the year at Gwen’s grave. Over the next five months, Harry is busy healing from his transformation at Ravencroft. His associate Gustav Fiers, the man in the shadows from the first film decides to go and visit Harry in Ravencroft. He then breaks out Sytsevich from prison, and gives him a mechanical suit of armour. Now Sytsevich rampages through the streets of Manhattan going about calling himself: The Rhino! Peter, inspired by Gwen’s graduation speech, returns to battle him as Spider-Man.I would definitely rate this movie a 9 out of 10! -Damen Nel G3 Magazine 71
