I still till date remember my first day of college at GNITS. That day I told myself two things-“ Keep all your inhibitions aside and have the best time of your life”. These words have constantly kept me motivated and proved me right during my time at GNITS. The very first instance was where I have received tremendous support from both my peers and the faculty for starting a student newspaper. And today I stand with pride to see how far a vision has successfully turned into its 5th Edition. I have recently been placed at the reputed organization-Deloitte. I am looking forward to work at Deloitte soon and learn a great deal of things from the organization. I have won many awards as delegate in MUNs. I have also served as the Executive Board member of JNTUH MUN and secured prizes in technical presentations at CBIT and GRIET. I have been a delegate at the Hyderabad Youth Assembly( HYA). Currently, I am also a student in the TEP course at ISB. I have done two internships in Hyderabad during my time at GNITS. I have been a member of the prestigious „ Literaria Clava in GNITS since my first year and have been elected as the Joint Secretary, Secretary and not so recently the President of the club in the consecutive years. Besides all this, I am a certified Scuba Diver and diving is something I am really passionate about. I have made amazing friends during my first year and till date sit in the same bench with them. Friends in college can be one of the greatest gifts. With the support of my Parents, teachers and friends( and obviously a little bit of my determination too), I believe I stand where I am today. I suggest the juniors to work in relevant internships as it would give them invaluable insight into workplace. I personally recommend students to work an year or two and then head for further studies because as essential as it is to have a Master’ s degree it is equally important to have work experience too, which will not just teach us many a things but shall be one of the most lucrative investments we make for our lives. Finally, as a fourth year student, I would advise all the students to utilize every opportunity that GNITS provides us with and at the same time explore the world outside to achieve your intended goals.

I’ ve participated in sports( badminton) and represented the college for the same for 2 successive years. I held the post of CR, ISTE coordinator, persona member, NSS volunteer and many more prestigious posts successfully in this college. I’ ve presented technical papers and given poster presentations in our college as well as other colleges and secured prizes. One of my achievements which I am very proud of was receiving first place in badminton while representing our college. Our project done in KTPP on topic generator and its protection methods on 500MW generator is submitted successfully. I am blessed with an inspiring father who is there in every step I take and encourages me in whichever field I am interested in. I wouldn ' t be here now if not for this wonderful college, for which I’ m always thankful and grateful for providing me various platforms and always letting me prove myself and my abilities. My long-term goal is to see myself as a strong social worker. I’ ve been trying and will strive hard to reach that goal. But before that I want to excel in my core subjects and also in projects related to other fields. In my experience and growth, I’ ve learnt that the most precious thing in life is time- it runs very fast when we want things to be done, so we shouldn’ t expect things to happen in one magical night. Be eager for the things coming up to you and be prepared for those beforehand. Complete every work sincerely in the given time. Remember hard work always makes sense, it doesn’ t go waste and helps in some way or the other at some time or the other.
