We also added a new Special Operations call category as part of the overall improvement strategy. Special Operations were previously included in the Other Emergency call category. For FY2013, they are a separate group comprised of specialized rescues, HazMat investigations and mitigations, Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) investigation and mitigations, and hazard investigations by the Gas Well Response Team.
