Dispatched Calls: Over 34,400 Other Emergencies Detail By Call Type Dispatched calls track how many calls our 9-1-1 Dispatch Center processed. Assist PD 120 Automatic Aid Given In Fiscal 2011, the total dispatched calls was 34,467, an increase of 4%, including, 26,443 EMS calls, an increase of 6%; 258 HazMat calls, an increase of 12%; 2,498 Fire calls, an increase of 0.4%; and 5,268 other emergency calls, a decrease of 1% from Fiscal 2010. 9 Automatic Alarm EOD (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) Hazard Investigation Mutual Aid Other Rescue Service Call TOTAL 2,653 48 663 282 44 199 588 662 5,268 Unit Responses: Over 46,600 Unit Responses tracks the number of times apparatus were dispatched. In Fiscal Year 2011, 46,602 unit responses were dispatched with an increase of 1%, compared to Fiscal 2010. Historically, Fiscal 2010, saw the biggest increase of 5% compared to Fiscal 2009.
