Two of the KPIs tracked are: FY 2006 Through FY2010 Unit Responses 1. ―Dispatched Calls‖ tracks how many calls our 9-1-1 Dispatch Center processed. 2. ―Unit Responses‖ tracks the number of times apparatus were dispatched. Both of these KPIs are critical in addressing the needs of our community through forecasting services and demand, planning resource allocation, and supporting fleet maintenance.
