Output Measures

In FY24 , the Town allocated nearly $ 24 million in capital funding to projects . The Engineering Department plays a critical role in the management of many capital projects , including streets and sidewalks , stormwater , new facilities , park development , and greenways . In Stormwater , FY24 was the first year that private SCM owners were required to have their SCMs inspected by a third-party inspector and submit the results to the Town . Town staff still perform inspections for a portion of the sites for quality control . In FY24 , 230 SCM inspections were performed ( 44 inspections by Town staff and 179 inspections by third party ). Of these , 30 SCMs required maintenance and no failures were reported .
