Young Adult Mem- bers will enjoy all of the rights of a Regular Member with the exception of voting, nominating, holding elected office or being assessed. Young Adult Members may rent a wet or dry slip subject to availability and subordinate to Regular Members. Young Adult Members will pay a graduated scale of initiation fees, dues and minimums, depending on their age. The Initiation Fee paid and up to one-fifth (1/5) of the t otal membership dues paid as a Young Adult Member will be credited toward the purchase of a Regular Mem- bership certificate.
