Summer Sailing Camp
By Savannah Baus
When you go to sailing camp
You make new friends, you laugh out loud, splash in the water and play in the wind.
It’s always a sailing day!
But…. You better watch out!
Counselors play tricks,
Tricks so fast, that your boat might flip!
There’s no need to worry,
Sailing camp is FUN!
You can learn lots of things just like every kid has done.
There are rudders, tillers, dagger boards too,
Lines, mast and hard headed booms.
So many things to see and do!
The Fort Walton Yacht Club is a great place start,
Not to mention sailing makes you really smart!
So grab a life jacket, sunscreen, glasses and gloves.
