Tom Reynolds (850) 897-7323 A good time was had by all chapter members at the FCA October Change of Watch held 25-26 October at the Halifax River Yacht Club (http://www.hryc.com/). P/C John Slattery for HRYC was installed as the Commodore of FCA for 2014. Both our incoming Commodore John Slattery and Wayne Stewart treated us to a sunset cruise on the Halifax River. What a great time that was!! For our Winter meeting, the Chapter won't have to travel so far. It's going to be held at the St Andrews Bay Yacht Club on 7 - 8 February 2014. Don't miss the next luncheon on 3 December, beginning at noon in the Commodores Room. P/C Tom Reynolds, President FWYC Chapter
