WHAT MAKES FOR A GREAT WORKPLACE CULTURE?
THE WAY FORWARD, BY REGION…
Global research by Great Places to Work (involving 3.4 million employees from 10,000 organisations, across 90
countries) shows that everyone wants a high-trust culture. But the way forward for organisations has regional
variations. Just as we see regional differences in the average employee experience, different themes distinguish
the best workplaces from the rest in different geographies: a sense of community is vital in the US and Canada,
psychological safety is key in Latin America, fairness is at the forefront in Europe and sustainability in work and life
is central in Asia.
