Day III

In the morning we met at the host school, where students, divided into groups (from each country by one), began working on videos. Each group chose another theme that they had to develop; the themes were: "Climate change", "Measures to reduce pollution", "Green economy" and "Sustainable economy". The work continued with a documentary at the Tropolis, the name comes from the town of the troglodites, the inhabitants who live in the cave. After a brief presentation of the area and the importance of the water coming from the Sierra Nevada Mountains, students and teachers had to make bread individually. They received every meal, water, salt and yeast. Under the close supervision of the staff there, everyone went to work and started mixing and then kneading the bread. In a joyful atmosphere, the dough took shape, after which it was leavened and finally placed in the oven with the name of the one he had made.

Until the bread was ready I visited a cave house that was a museum; cave houses are used as a cellar, cheese storage.

The day ended with the handing over of the bread, which happened in a warm atmosphere, although inside the temperature did not exceed 16 degrees.

The objective of the whole activity was learning by discovering ways to protect the environment, teamwork, socialization, English language and ICT.

The methods used were workshop, debate, experiment.
