Thick-broad bean sauce
One of the essential flavorings of the Sichuanese cuisine that made from soybeans, rice, salt, fermented broad beans, and various spices; the spicy version also contains red chili peppers. The sauce looks red and oily. Thick-broad bean sauce is sometimes stir-fried with tofu to make Mapo tofu or with meat and vegetables. It is also fried with oil and then ate with rice or noodles.
Vanilla
Vanilla is a spice extracted from flat-leaved vanilla, and it is richly fragrant. People commonly use vanilla in the process of making ice cream. Vanilla is also used to accompany other flavors such as chocolate, caramel, and coffee. It’s good to make cookies, cakes and other desserts.
