Green Onion
Green onion is also known as scallion or spring onion; it’s a kind of vegetable with a crisp and green tops, and a firm white base. Green onion has a milder flavor than most of other onions. In Asian countries, it is used in stir fried dishes, soups, and noodles. In Mexico, it is mixed with salt and then grilled together for accompanying cheese and rice.
