Coriander

Coriander is also called Chinese parsley. It is native to south Europe. Coriander has a strong taste with citrus overtones. It is commonly used in many Indian cooking such as salsa, in Mexican food, in Chinese as well as Thai dishes, and in Russia cuisine such as salads.
