I also had lamb and beef grilled grape leave rolls in C’om. It served as 3 pieces. They tasted much better than they looked. The meat was a little bit sweet and had a kind of faint scent of the grape leaves, which balanced the greasy taste of the meat. The meat was juicy and the whole thing had a crunchy smoky flavor. C’om also has duck grilled grape leave. A famous Chinese food, Zongzi, also uses the same strategy.
