A bar of congested duck blood.

7-8 spring onion.

Pickled ginger and pickled peppers

2 spoons of soy

Salt

A small spoon of sugar

Soybean flour.

Vinegar

A spoon of fried pepper

Step 1:

Cut the congested blood into tiny pieces, cut the spring onion into small pieces, cut the pickled peppers and gingers into small pieces and mix the MG, vinegar and soybean flour with water.

Step 2:

Heat the oil to fairly hot, and put the pickled peppers and gingers, soy and sugar into the oil. Then keep heating the oil and mix up the oil slowly for about one minute. Then add the salt and a bowl of water into the oil and boil it. Put the peppers and congested blood into it and stew for about five minutes, Later, mix it with MG, vinegar and soybean flour. Finally, add spring onion and then the meal is finished.
