Step 1:
Cut the congested blood into tiny pieces, cut the spring onion into small pieces, cut the pickled peppers and gingers into small pieces and mix the MG, vinegar and soybean flour with water.
Step 2:
Heat the oil to fairly hot, and put the pickled peppers and gingers, soy and sugar into the oil. Then keep heating the oil and mix up the oil slowly for about one minute.
