. S . Bank is one of the few providers in the 2022 survey to receive the highest possible average category score of 7.00 , in this case for Reporting to Auditors . “ U . S . Bank takes the lead in all interactions with the auditors and their service is highly responsive ,” says one respondent . “ We switched audit firms in 2021 which resulted in additional work which the Administrator handled perfectly .” Most of U . S . Bank ’ s category results are in the middle-to-high sixes and above the global category averages by between 0.14 and 0.67 . “ We are very pleased with the levels of service from U . S .
