I asked Ms. Patton what her biggest hope for the art community was. She replied “For children to be encouraged in the arts”. She expressed how she felt like art can be like an important tool for the rest of their lives. “It may or may not be what you want to do in life, but either way you’ll learn or get a life lesson from the experience” Says Patton. I agree with her wholeheartedly.
