For designer Lisa Renzetti, success is defined by seeing“ love in the client’ s eyes.” Her complete main floor transformation reimagined the space for both function and beauty. The original living room was removed to create a pantry and servery, while the office became a dedicated entry with a private powder room. The design focused on warmth, subtle colour, and architectural interest. The kitchen featured white accents against wood veneers and greige cabinetry, with a sculptural wood veneer fireplace wall dividing the kitchen and family room. Blue, a homeowner favourite, was subtly woven into the palette through undertones and furnishings. Geometric detailing on the island, pendants, and dining room wallcovering replaced traditional art. Thoughtful lighting and integrated storage solutions, along with innovative structural solutions, transformed a standard builder home into a deeply personal and inspiring space.
