I suspect others will be lining up to get him onboard as well.
Can you tell us your main setup?
Right now I’m rollin the Jati Fu with Rogue trucks at 52/22 degrees, venom bushings, and seismic hotspots. Perfect for what I enjoy most, downhill.
I see you were recently in my old stomping grounds of Southern California, was that your first trip there?
Part of my family is from Northern California so I’ve visited plenty. But never that far south.
What runs did you hit when you were there?
I got to skate the all mighty Barrett junction and some cream of the crop in Malibu.
Barrett’s Junction looked like it was a great event, can you tell us about it?
Barrett junction was a great event! The pavement is so bad it’s a challenge just to navigate down the course without having your board taken out from under you by the pavement, and then you get to race it.
Compare Colorado DH to other places you’ve skated?
I haven’t skated that many places so not much to compare too. But it’s fast and turny.
What events are on tap for this season for you?
This season will be a big one for me, planning on the entire IDF circuit basically. USA and Europe. Can’t wait to see other countries.
I have the opportunity of speaking to one of your sponsors regularly, Al Harjati of Jati Boards. Top notch builder and even more a top notch guy. Tell me what you like about Jati and their builds?
Aldrian is the man, a wizard with wood, the bends he creates are the smoothest, and the boards are crazy strong. I wouldn’t trust anything else under my feet.
Any advice for some of the vertically challenged riders out there to get their game ready for the bigger stuff?
Urchins motto bro, go big or go home.... just stay in your lane.
Any shout outs?
Shout outs to my sponsors Jati Boards, Seismic Wheels, Venom Bushings, Boardlife Shop, and Trojan Slide Gloves. Boom
