what kind of organisation you manage, trust is an integral part of your brand.
Yet in a globalised, hyper-networked world where information – good or bad, true or untrue – can go
viral in a matter of minutes, trust is under siege. With emerging technologies and business practices
such as digital distribution, cloud computing and longer supply chains, they are increasingly becoming
the norm and are causing a significant shift to greater transparency.
Successful companies know that strategies grounded in increased transparency of nonfinancial
information, coupled with heightened credibility, will not only position them for greater success, but
also help them mitigate risk, improve operations, and deepen relationships with stakeholders. Is your
company among them?

How Google is delivering on their promise (40 mins)
Recognised as one of the best global brands, the search engine has found its voice as a true leader of the
technology age. Whether through mobile, tablet, computer, or car, the brand is ever-present and
continues to work hard to gain market share in areas beyond search.
Google’s persistent adaptation attests to the fact that the company tries to anticipate and fulfil the needs
of its consumers across a variety of areas; constantly assessing its products, phasing out the irrelevant
and introducing new ones. This responsive behaviour suggests that Google pays attention to what
consumers like and don’t like – a big reason why overall sentiment for the brand is positive.
So what makes Google’s promise so compelling and how are they consistently delivering on it?
