The dynamic-duo paired
together to create "Paris in
Miami." They hired design
stud Ken Fulk to create
the rosy dining room &
their menu was tailored by
well respected Top Chef,
Judge and Restaurateur
out of Paris, France by the
name Jean Imbert - but
the menu does not adhere
to any one country. Based
on conversations with
friends who've already
been to SWAN, Since the
restaurant's doors opened
in November 2018, the
crowds have only grown
larger in size at the door
and on the Gram.
