Beginning with building new gymnasiums on both Theodore Gibson and Charles Hadley Park, and adding synthetic turfs to the soccer field in Little Haiti Soccer Park and the football field at Hadley. Currently, in the Upper Eastside, Legion Park is undergoing a complete rehabilitation including the construction of a new Community Activities Building. He has also secured millions of dollars to build an indoor gymnasium at Moore Park.
