A PRESCRIPTION FROM “DOC”
“Blow the trumpet in Zion, Sound the alarm on my holy hill”
Joel 2:1
The entire month of August is devoted to Spiritual Warfare! We
are sounding the alarm that the Kingdom is under attack!! Satan,
the implacable and eternal enemy of God and His people, has but
one agenda; “..to steal and kill and destroy” (John10:10). He has
declared war and we must defend our ministries, our families, our
possessions, our health and our destinies. But we cannot be passive! We must be prepared to take the offensive against the works
of the Devil!
Join us as we gird ourselves for this conflict. It is raging all around
us and we cannot escape it or declare neutrality. The choice is
stark and simple..either engage in combat and be a victor or fall
prey to Satan and become a victim!
This is a season where Praise and Worship must be a priority!. Attend Sunday worship faithfully this month.
Learning must be a priority! Attend Genesis University every Wednesday as we launch a dynamic study of the
Book of Acts! Prayer must be a priority!. Join the Intercessory Prayer Line every Tuesday and be present at our
War Prayer gathering this month. Fasting must be a priority! I am calling every Genesis Partner to join with
me on a mid-week fast, every Wednesday 6am to 6pm. Witness must be a priority! Share the Good News about
Jesus Christ with any and every one! Invite friends, relatives, acquaintances and neighbors to be your guest at the
Genesis Church.
As I write this at sunrise, I am believing God for a breakthrough in your life and the work of this Ministry. With
infinite wisdom God has chosen this moment in time because we have reached a level of spiritual maturity to go
to war!
Beloved, I would not have you ignorant…the Enemy will strike back but remember “No weapon forged against
you will prevail” ( Isaiah 54:17) because “the One who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world” (I
John 4:4). You will never forget this month!
