Mr.LawsonSakai,wasGrandMarshalofthe2014FreedomFestParade,hewasamemberofthe442ndRegimentalCombatTeamandMilitaryIntelligenceServiceduringWorldWarII.Lastyearthesoldiersofthe442ndwereawardedtheCongressionalGoldMedalbytheU.S.Congress,oneofthehighestcivilianawardsintheUnitedStates.
DanBenz,Sr.issittingonhiscustombuilt1938TD35tractor.HisfamilyimmigratedfromAustriaandNewZealandtomakeMorganHilltheirhomeinAmerica.HiskidsarefirstgenerationAmericans.
TheselittletumblinggymnastsarefromtheChampionsAcademyGymnasticsinMorganHill.Theycontinuedtumblingforthewholeparaderoute!!TheAcademywasfoundedbyWorldChampionandOlympicMedalwinner,JinjingZhang.
