BECAME VICE PRESIDENT TO THE OF EFF
UFRAD Genel Başkanı ve Karadeniz Franchise Federasyonu Kurucu Başkanı Dr. Mustafa Aydın,
Dünya Franchise Konseyi geçmiş dönem başkanlığı sonrası, Avrupa Franchise Federasyonu Genel
Kurul Toplantısında Başkan Yardımcılığına seçildi.
President of UFRAD and Founding President of the Black Sea Franchise Federation Dr.
Mustafa Aydın, after being last terms World Franchise Congress President, has now at the
European Franchise Federation General Meeting, been chosen Assistant to the President.
UFRAD Genel Başkanı Dr. Mustafa Aydın, Avrupa Franchise Federasyonu Başkan Yardımcılığı görevine seçildi. 1972 yılında kurulan
Avrupa Franchise Federasyonu, Avusturya, Almanya, Belçika, Çek
Cumhuriyeti, Danimarka, Fransa, Finlandiya, Hırvatistan, Hollanda,
İtalya, İsviçre, İsveç, İngiltere, Macaristan, Polonya, Portekiz, Sırbistan,
Slovenya, Yunanistan ve Türkiye başta olmak üzere tüm Avrupa’da faaliyet göstererek 30 binin üzerinde Franchise markasını dünya pazarında başarıyla temsil etmektedir. AB parlamentosunda aktif olarak
yer alan EFF, franchise sektörü ve kurumsal markalaşma konularında dünyanın en etkin ve saygın kuruluşları arasında yer almaktadır.
Türkiye’de 1991 yılında kurulan UFRAD, Avrupa Franchise Federasyonu üyesi olarak ülkemizi temsil etmekte ve önemli çalışmalara imza
atmaktadır.
Markalaşma ve franchise konularında yaptığı başarılı çalışmalar
sebebiyle 2002 yılından beri UFRAD Genel Başkanlığını yürüten Dr.
Mustafa Aydın, 2008 yılından bu yana Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olduğu
Avrupa Franchise Federasyonu tarafından, Başkan Yardımcılığı görevine seçildi. Paris’te gerçekleşen toplantıda Avrupa Franchise Federasyonu üyeleri tarafından oy birliği ile Başkan Yardımcılığı görevine
getirilen Aydın yaptığı açıklamada, “Bu başarı benim değil ülkemizin
başarısıdır. UFRAD Franchising Derneği olarak amacımız markalarımızı global pazarlarda hakkettikleri yerlere taşıyarak küresel rekabette başarılara imza atmalarını desteklemek ve markalarımızın gücü
ile dünyada gücümüzü artırmaktır. Yıllardır gerek EFF, gerekse Dünya
Franchise Konseyinde yürüttüğümüz yoğun çalışmalar neticesinde
bugün görüyoruz ki UFRAD ve Türkiye franchise sektörü artık lider
dünya markaları ile birlikte hızla ilerlemektedir. Derneğimiz ve ülkem
adına son derece mutluyum, gururluyum” dedi.
İlk kez Avrupa Birliği üyesi olmayan bir ülkeden Başkan Yardımcısı
seçen EFF üyeleri, toplantı sonrasında açıklama yaparak bu kararı
vermelerinde en büyük etkenin UFRAD Franchising Derneği’nin sektördeki gücü olduğunu belirttiler. Derneğin çalışmalarını örneklerle
anlatan üyeler, Türkiye pazarının artan etkinliğini, sağlanan ekonomik
istikrarı dikkatle takip ettiklerini, Dr. Mustafa Aydın’ın Markalaşma ve
Franchising konusundaki kararlı ve sonuç odaklı çalışmalarını takdir
ettiklerini dile getirdiler.
UFRAD, Dünya Franchising Konseyi (WFC) ve Avrupa Franchising
Federasyonu (EFF) Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi, Karadeniz Franchise Federasyonu (Black Sea Franchise Federation-BSFF) Kurucusu ve Yönetim
Kurulu Başkanıdır. UFRAD aynı zamanda Dış Ekonomik İlişkiler Kurulu- DEİK Kurucu Kuruluş üyesidir.

UFRAD President Dr. Mustafa Aydın has been chosen for the
position of Vice President of the European Franchise Federation.
Austria, Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France,
Finland, Croatia, the Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden,
England, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovenia, Greece
and Turkey which are amongst the most important countries of
the Federation are successfully represents more than 30.000
Franchise Brands in the world market. EFF takes an active role
in the European Parliament and in the franchise and registered
brands sector and maintains its position as one of one of the
most effective and respected in the world. UFRAD, which was
established in 1991, as a member of the European Franchise
Federation, represents our country and carries important work.
Dr. Mustafa Aydın, who has been President of UFRAD since 2002
and since 2008 Member of The Policy Board of the European
Franchise Federation, due to his successful work in the Branding
and Franchise sectors has been chosen as Vice President. He
stated that “ This success is not mine, it’s my country’s, as
UFRAD Franchising Association our aim is to carry our brands
to the position of success in the world market and to help them
achieve successful deals, thus with their strength increase our
country’s strength in the world. As a result of the hard work that
we have put in over the years, be it at EFF or be it at the World
Franchise Council, today we see that UFRAD and the Turkish
Franchise Sector are moving together with and at the same time
at the speed of world brands. In the name of our association and
my country I feel extremely happy and proud’’.
It is the first time that the EFF members have chosen a Vice
President from a non-European Union Country. At the end of the
meeting they explained this choice by stating that one of the main
reasons was that they were aware of the strength of UFRAD in the
sector. They had followed the examples which had been given by
members, the increasing influence of the Turkish Market and the
stabilization of the Turkish Economy. They also greatly admired
Dr. Mustafa Aydın’s determined and result orientated work in the
franchising sector.
