Mental Aritmetik Eğitimi, özellikle Uzak Doğu’da resmi devlet okullarının dahi müfredatında olan bir eğitim. Türkiye’de ise yeni yeni popüler olmaya başladı. Önümüzdeki yıllarda, Mental Aritmetik eğitiminin ne olduğu, nasıl faydalar sağladığı konularında toplumun da bilinçlenmesiyle çok daha fazla ilgi ve talep yaşanacaktır. Sektörün Türkiye’de son dönemde geldiği noktayı nasıl değerlendiriyorsunuz? Her zaman ve her sektörde olduğu gibi, Mental Aritmetik alanında da suistimaller başladı tabi ki. Mental Aritmetik’in ne olduğunu bile tam olarak bilmeyen kişi ve kurumlar, birkaç günlük sözde eğitimleri aldıktan sonra bir marka yaratmaya ve temsilcilik vermeye başladılar. Ancak zaman içerisinde, bu küçük ve muadil firmaların Mental Aritmetik eğitiminin gereklerini tam olarak yerine getiremediği gerçeği net olarak görülecek ve elenmeler yaşanacaktır. Bu da toplumun bilinçlenmesiyle doğru orantılıdır. Sizden franchisee alanların başarılı olması için nelere dikkat etmeleri gerekir? Kesinlikle sabırlı olmaları gerekiyor. Çünkü eğitim sektörü, diğer sektörlere göre daha uzun vadeye yayılan bir sektör. İşe başladıktan sonra konsantre olmaları gereken tek şey, CMA Sistemini tam olarak kavramak ve sadece sistemi uygulamak olmalı. Sonuç olarak yaklaşık 30 yıldır tüm dünyada uygulanan ve başarısı kanıtlanmış bir CMA sisteminin, Türkiye’de de başarılı olmaması için tek bir neden yok. Yeter ki temsilciler, bulundukları sektörün gereklerini, ihtiyaçlarını ve sistemini doğru anlayabilmiş olsunlar. Zaten onların başarılı olmaları için, CMA-Türkiye olarak biz de her aşamada sürecin içerisindeyiz. Önümüzdeki dönem hedefleriniz nelerdir? CMA-Türkiye, faaliyetine başlarken, ülke hedeflerini belirlemiştir. CMA sistemini, Türkiye genelinde uygulanabilir duruma getirmek istiyoruz. Temsilcilik ve hizmet ağımızı genişletmek de istiyoruz. Ancak bunu yaparken, kontrolsüz ve sistemsiz büyümek de hatalı olur. CMA Türkiye olarak hiçbir zaman, yüzlerce temsilciliğimiz olmayacaktır. Temel franchise sistemimiz; “Ne kadar çok temsilci o kadar çok kazanç” değil; “Yeterli Temsilcilik, her temsilcide maksimum öğrenci” ilkesidir. İnanıyorum ki; CMA, tüm dünyada yarattığı güveni ve başarıyı ülkemizde de gerçekleştirecektir. delight of to grow up a person. Mental Arithmetic education is a cirriculum lesson in far Asian country schools. It is newly popular in Turkey. In next years there will be more demands when the awareness of society raise about the contributions of Mental Arithmetic education and what it is. How do you judge the sector’s point in last years? Much the same always in every sector abusments start to live in Turkey. People who don’t have any idea about Mental Arithmetic start to create a brand and give agencies after their sham a few days education.In the base of franchisement system you shoul do some applications and you should be successful in your area. Lots of company announce that they start to give franchise stil they don’t give any lesson. But in time it will be seen that these little and fake companies can not give Mental Arithmetic lesson as good as it should be and eleminations will be lived.This is directly proportional with the public awareness. What should do your franchisee to be successful? They should be definitely patient. Because education sector is spreading more prompt to the other sectors. They should only concantre to realize the CMA System and apply.As a result there is no reason not to be successful the system because it is very successful in all over the world for 30 years. As long as agencies realize the system well, can understand the necessities of the sector that they included and needs. Anyway as CMA Turkey we are in all steps for their success. What are your future period targets? When CMA Turkey start it has settle its aims. We want to make CMA system applicable in Turkey. We want to wide our service and agency network. But while doing this grow up with out of control will be wrong. As CMA Turkey we will never have hundreds of agencies.
