başladık. Bu gelişimin doğal bir sonucu olarak da CMA Türkiye’yi
hayata geçirdik.

Firmanız Franchise vermeye ne zaman ve nasıl başladı?
CMA Türkiye, 2012 Temmuz ayından itibaren franchise sistemi ile
temsilcilikler açmaya başladı. Mental Aritmetik konusunda dünyanın saygın ve lider kurumu olmasından dolayı, CMA Türkiye’nin
lansmanından sonra franchise taleplerini hızla almaya başladık.

Kaç şubeniz ve çalışanınız var?
Tüm dünyada yüzlerce temsilcilik ve binin üzerinde çalışanımız
var. CMA Türkiye olarak ise 6 ay gibi kısa bir sürede, 2 Bölge Müdürlüğü, 12 temsilcilik ve 60 civarında personel sayısına ulaştık.

Franchise verdiğiniz-vereceğiniz kişilerde aradığınız standartlar nelerdir?
Öncelikle, Mental Aritmetik’in bir ticari faaliyet değil bir eğitim
faaliyeti olduğu gerçeğini kavrayabilen, eğitimin sürekliliğini, kalitesini sağlayabilecek, CMA sistemini uygulayabilecek, eğitim
gönüllüleri ile çalışmak istiyoruz. Sonuç olarak, yaptığımız eğitimin hedef kitlesi ilköğretim ve okulöncesi öğrencileri olduğu için,
bu işi gerçekten severek yapabilecek işletmeciler bizim için tercih nedenidir.

Sizce girişimcilerin firmanızı tercih etme nedenleri nelerdir?
Temsilciliklerimize, ihtiyaçları olan bütün danışmanlık ve rehberlik hizmetlerini baştan sona kadar ücretsiz sağlıyoruz. Tabela,
broşür ve diğer görseller için hiçbir temsilcimiz zaman ve emek
harcamak zorunda kalmıyor. En önemli faktör ise, eğitim konusunda her yaş grubu için farklı materyaller sunabilmemiz. Dünyanın en büyük Mental Aritmetik kitap basım merkezinin sahibi
olmamızdan dolayı, temsilcilerimize ve öğrencilerimize 230’dan
fazla kitap sunabiliyoruz. Bu da temsilcilerimizi, bulundukları lokasyonlarda birkaç adım öne geçiriyor.

Firmanız bünyesinde Franchise sistemiyle açılacak bir işletmenin ortalama maliyeti nedir?
Faaliyet gösterilecek yerin fiziki durumuna göre, ortalama 25 bin
TL ile 50 bin TL arasında yatırım maliyetimiz bulunmaktadır.

Sizden franchisee alanlara ne gibi destekler sağlıyorsunuz?
Sözleşmenin imzalanmasından itibaren, temsilciliğin sorunsuz
bir şekilde hizmet vermeye başlaması için, her konuda ücretsiz
danışmanlık hizmeti veriyoruz. Yer seçiminden, personel eğitimine kadar her şey bizim kontrolümüzde yapılıyor. Böylelikle temsilci, yeni bir iş kurmanın verdiği kafa karışıklığı ve stresi yaşamıyor. Ayrıca broşür, görsel ve promosyon-reklam malzemelerinin
teminini yapıyoruz. Eğer temsilci isterse, mobilya ve tefriş konusunda da hizmet verebiliyoruz.

Franchiseelerinizi nasıl denetliyorsunuz?
Yaptığımız iş, eğitim gibi ciddi bir konu olduğu için, tabi ki temsilcilikleri sürekli olarak kalite ve diğer konularda gözlemliyoruz.
Burada amacımız, temsilcimize huzursuzluk vermek değil, tam
tersine onların göremediklerini görerek sorunları önceden belirleyip çözmek. Ayrıca, finansal ve idari konularda takip yapabilmek için kullandığımız internet tabanlı bir temsilcilik panelimiz
var.

When your company start to give franchise?
CMA Turkey started to open presentation offices with franchise
from July of 2012. Because of world’s most reputated and
leader mental arithmetic corporation after its launch we started
to took franchise demands.
How many branches and employees do you have?
In all over the world there are thousands of agecies and over a
thousand employee. As CMA Turkey we reached in a short time
like 6 months to Region Managements, 12 agencies and about
60 employees.
What kind of standarts you want from your franchise
candidates?
We want to work with education volunteers who can realize that
Mental Arithmetical is not a trading action, a education action,
can insure persistence, provide quality, can apply system.
As a result our education’s target audience is primary school
students and children aged before school, we choose people
who can do this job lovely.
Why do investors choose your company?
We provide all consultancy and guidance services that they
need free from begining to the end. Non of our agencies
won’twaste their time or work for prepare of signboard or
other visuals. Most important factor is we have different kind
of materials for all age groups. We have the biggest Mental
Arithmetic book publish center and we can present more than
230 books to our students and agencies. And this will carry our
agents a few step over from their current locations.
How much is the average cost of a franchise under your
company?
According to location we have between 25 thousand and 50
thousan TL investment cost.
What kind of supports you present to your franchisees?
With the begining of draft we will give all kind of consultancy
supports to our agencies to start without any problem. From
location select to employment will be done under our control.
With this agent will not live confusion and stress of a new start
of business. Beside we do brochure, visuals and advertisementpromotion material supplyment. And if agent want we will give
service of furniture and furnishing.
How do you inspect franchises?
Our business is education and it is a serious business, because
of this we always send scouts to our agencies to inspect quality
and other subjects. Our aim is not to give qualm to our agencies,
we aim to see the points if they can not see and help them to
solve if there is any problem. Beside we have internet based
legation panel to inspect executive and financial subjects.
