Direktörü Mehmet Ali Ege sorularımızı yanıtladı.
“As more people discover the traditional flavor, which tantuni to meet with more people
all over the world in order to see and Polen Tantuni chose a franchise system,” said Polen
Tantuni Director Mehmet Ali Ege answered our questions.
Sizi kısaca tanıyabilir miyiz?
1969 yılında Kocaeli’nde doğdum. Evli ve iki çocuk babasıyım.
1997 yılında OAK Brook-İllinois Chicago’da bulunan Hamburger
Üniversitesi’nden mezun oldum. Sektörde 23’üncü yılımı dolduruyorum. 20 yıl boyunca Mc Donald’s Türkiye operasyonunda çeşitli pozisyonlarda görev aldım. Mc Donald’s Corperation bünyesinde
farklı kademelerde eğitimler aldım. 2011 yılı itibari ile Polen Tantuni Genel Müdürü olarak görevime başladım. Markamızın franchising sistemine hazırlanması ve doğru stratejilerle ilerlenmesi sürecinin geliştirilmesi süreçlerinde etkin rol aldım.

Can we meet you shortly?
I was born in 1969 in Kocaeli. Married and I have two children.
I graduated from Hamburger University located in Oak BrookIllinois at Chicago in 1997. I am filling my 23th years in the
sector. I have worked in various positions throughout 20 years
in Mcdonald’s Turkey operation. I recieved different trainings
in Mc Donalds Corperation at different levels. I start to Polen
Tantuni as General Manager in 2011. I took active role in our
brand’s proceed to franchise system and development of right
strategies.

development process of your company?
In 2008, with striking green of the Taurus Mountains meet
the unique blue of the Mediterranean Sea in Antalya, we have
established Pollen Tantuni. In 2009, we started to serve our
