Welcome!
Dear PTA Leader,
As your PTA unit and/or council elect their new officers and appoint committee
chairmen for the upcoming 2017-2018 school year, it is time to give them the re-
sources and guidance to learn how to perform their volunteering roles.
Whether elected or appointed to the role in your PTA, the 4th District PTA Spring
Workshops & Vendor Fair is organized with you in mind. This is the event where
dedicated volunteers come together to expand their knowledge and their network.
Join the community of your colleagues from throughout Orange County. Collaborate
with like-minded parent volunteers facing similar challenges. Build partnerships with
others in your field to work towards common goals. Find the motivation you need to
raise the bar of your PTA. Get re-energized by new ideas and techniques to take
your PTA to the next level. Hear from passionate speakers to discover what the fu-
ture holds and how to prepare for it.
We listen to your feedback. We are therefore, giving you more time to visit the ven-
dor fair where you will find products and programs designed for your PTA develop-
ment. Get a first-hand look at vendors’ products you can actually use. Meet with
vendors and PTA partners to learn more about the services and programs they pro-
vide for potential use by your PTA. Interact with vendors such as: Mixed Bag De-
signs, Fun Services, Pacific Fundraisers, Scholastic Books, just to name a few.
Register your incoming executive board members, and appointed officers for training
sessions or find special interest workshops on a wide range of topics. Please visit

Your fee includes a continental breakfast, lunch, access to the vendor fair, and ad-
mission to morning and afternoon workshops. Electronic handouts will be available;
hard copy handouts upon request only if you register before Friday, May 19, 2017.
