Conventional heating via hot water occurs by heat-giving from water towards
target medium, hence accomplished temperature tends to be uneven, but
saturated steam is same temperature in closed system so whole heating is
faster in even temperature(saves 10-30% of energy, same applies for cooling
process) This usually means higher & consistent product quality with less
